If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with your subscription, We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any service that You purchased with Us.

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

1. Company referred to as either the Company We, Us or Our in this Agreement refers to Tapit-BIG®.

Your subscription Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your subscriptions within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You may cancel your TapitBIG.com membership at any time through your account settings on our website. You can also inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the request following your billing cycle. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Billing and Refunds:

Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Annual Subscriptions: Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current annual billing cycle. Prorated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for annual subscriptions cancelled before the end of the term. Any refund given is at the sole discretion of TapitBIG.com.

Free Trials:

If you are on a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.

No refunds are given for setup fees.

Account Access:

Upon cancellation, your access to TapitBIG.com's premium features will be terminated at the end of your current billing cycle.

Your account and data may be retained for a period of 8 months for potential reactivation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

We cannot be held responsible for data lost after cancellation. Therefore, We recommend you backup all your data before cancelling. TapitBIG.com reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on our website.
